As part of this group, our Peter Vickers Insurance Broking team prides themselves on providing a professional and personal service covering a wide range of business insurance products, tailored to suit current and prospective clients.

We are currently seeking the right person to join our small, professional and friendly team.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients
• Handling new business enquiries
• Client retention and renewals
• General related administration
• Claims management
• Develop and maintain a good rapport with clients and underwriters

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A strong customer service focus
• Proven experience in developing relationships
• RG 146 – Tier 1 Compliance advantageous
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in client services
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
